1. Order Processing Time

    • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

    • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST may be processed on the next business day.

    • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed once business operations resume.

    • In certain cases, our team may contact you via call, SMS, Email, or WhatsApp for order confirmation before dispatch.

 

2. Shipping Partners & Tracking Updates

To ensure smooth and reliable deliveries, Shopkwik works with trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.

    • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through SMS, Email, or WhatsApp by the courier partner.

    • Shipment tracking updates are managed directly by the courier company after dispatch.

    • Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor delivery progress in real time.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the destination, courier availability, weather conditions, and regional accessibility. The timelines below are estimated delivery ranges and may vary slightly during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays caused by courier operations, natural events, strikes, public restrictions, or other external factors may occasionally occur.

 

4. Shipping Charges

    • Free Shipping is available on orders above 499 Rs.

    • Orders below 499 Rs may include a small shipping fee of 100 Rs, which will be shown during checkout before payment confirmation.

 

5. Serviceable Locations

Currently, Shopkwik delivers across most locations within India.

Please note:

    • We do not currently offer international shipping.

    • Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may not be available.

 

6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging and dispatching every order securely.

However, once an order is handed over to the courier partner:

    • Delivery operations are managed by the shipping carrier.

    • Shopkwik is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather disruptions, or incorrect customer information.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears tampered with:

    • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • We strongly recommend recording a parcel opening video for faster verification and support.

    • Our team will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are requested to enter accurate delivery details including:

    • Full Name

    • Complete Address

    • Landmark (if applicable)

    • Mobile Number

    • PIN Code

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately.

    • Address changes may only be possible before the order is dispatched.

    • Once shipped, modifications may not be possible.

    • Additional courier or re-shipping charges may apply if the package is returned due to incorrect details.
